TOP TIPS!! 😁

  1. Smile! - Do you like speaking to grumpy people? Neither do your prospects
  2. Move in the first 2 seconds - Then if you use an animated gif in your email, CTA is 10% higher!
  3. Light it up - No professional lights? Try facing a window!
  4. 1 clear CTA - Interest based CTAs are normally best. No more than 1.
  5. No Fluff - Don’t repeat yourself. Don’t say ‘we’re the market leader…’.. Don’t say ‘I believe we’d be a great fit…’. You add ABSOLUTELY no value to your prospect 🙂
  6. Solve your ICPs problems - For example, don’t tell a CEO how your tool generates more qualified leads. They don’t care! Talk about revenue or raising funds, metrics they actually care about.
  7. Don’t Be a Robot! - Speak slowly and clearly,
  8. Don’t send them a film - Long videos? Big no-no. 30 seconds is the sweet spot, max 1 minute.
  9. Keep it simple - If your mum wouldn’t get it, neither will your prospect.
  10. Use multiple tabs/visuals - Show something on your screen. Keep things moving, but keep it relevant.

Bonus: If you’re making 1to1 videos, where you send it to only one person, SAY THEIR NAME asap + put some personalisation in the first 5 seconds. I like sharing the prospect’s linkedin page, so they see themselves! 🙋🏼‍♂️
