In this quick guide, you’ll learn how to use GPT-3 to classify your email responses using n8n or Make.com.

With it, you’ll be able to automate:

• Slack alerts when a lead is interested in lemlist
• the creation of tasks when a lead is OOO
• unsubscription of leads when they request it

How it works

lemlist is a sales engagement platform that you can integrate easily with other tools thanks to their API.

In n8n, a workflow automation tool, you can use the module “lemlist trigger” to manage all your replies from lemlist programmatically.

Then we send the text of the reply to GPT3 for classification, and we manage the answer according to the category given by the AI.
