This guide will help you find out who are the competitors of any company.

It’s 100% free and can enrich up to 100 companies per day.

Simply input a company name, and the script will return a list of competitors for the company.

This is great to add more personalization to your outreach.

To make it works, we use a Programmable Search Engine - a tool provided by Google to display searches on your websites.

We can also use it to get data from Google Search Results. 😎

Set-up

Simply follow this step-by-step guide to make it works :)

• [ ] Go to Google Sheet
• [ ] Create an App Script Project (Extensions > Apps Script)

• [ ] Add the code below to Apps Script ⚠️ replace the whole project with my code (→ remove « myFunction{} »

• Expand this toggle to get the code

• [ ] Get a Custom Search API Key

  • [ ] Click on “Get a key”
  • [ ] Within the App Script project replace the key value with the API key var API_KEY = 'YOUR_API_KEY'
